Best of Macro or Micro 2008

Best macro of "micro" of the year, well perhaps you can't really call Jacobsen breweries micro, since they are owned by Carlsberg, anyhow here's my contribution to macro 2008:



And all of this, since I did taste Jacobsen's beer for the first time this year and I am pretty certain that was the best [micro] beer I've tasted [that year].

My contribution... I seemed to have a bit of problem with an abstract theme like this. I tried to figure out something nice and took a dozen of pictures, but I wasn't really satisfied with them. Then I thought about Italy and La Bella Figura and I remembered this photo I took last summer on our "roadtrip" thereabouts:

Bought these two cats from San Francisco Japantown a couple of years ago. I guess they ought to bring happines and wealth, depending on which hand they held the glass ball. Well haven't seen the money, so dunno if they work ;-)

Ok, it is actually a picture of a dandelion in a snow bed ... some say that Finnish summer is short, but luckily there is not that much snow. The picture was actually taken today. Snow was found from backyard of the ice rink in Myllypuro Helsinki.
